The Treasurer’s Department provides village management, staff, and residents knowledgeable, accurate and timely financial information with integrity and honesty. The department develops and implements all financial regulations in a clear, concise and fair manner, to ensure the Village maintains sound financial policies. A summary of functions and services that the Treasurer’s Office provides is to prepare yearly budgets, prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year closing, prepare quarterly and yearly DFA reports, manage investments, and keep internal control requirements in place. The Treasurer’s Office is also in charge of purchasing, capital assets, manage vendor information, prepares bid proposals, quotes, contracts and maintains Village capital assets.
